By accessing or using Blurr ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Use of Service

Blurr provides a social networking platform that allows users to connect, share content, and communicate with others. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Blurr and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written consent.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App
• Use automated means to access the App without permission

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blurr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
